| Depart from Delhi to Cochin by flight to experience the refreshing treatment at the Keraleeyam Ayurveda Rejuvenation. You will be then taken to the Keraleeyam Ayurveda Rejuvenation centre. Overnight stay at the Keraleeyam ayurveda centre. |

Rejuvenate your mind, body and soul at the centre by the ayurvedic rejuvenation therapy which includes the following ayurveda therapies depending upon the body conditions of the guest and as suggested as well as supervised by the qualified ayurvedic physician’s;
- General body massage with herbal oils
- Steam bath in the herb enriched steam
- Dhara, where the medicated buttermilk will be poured on the overhead in the special method to release the mental stress and tension
- Half body massage with the herbal oils
- Special head massage
