Day To Day Itinerary:

Day 01 Chennai
Arrive Chennai.
On arrival assistance and transfer to the hotel.
Afternoon proceed for city tour including visit to St. George fort, Sri Parasarthy temple, Marina beach etc.
Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 02: Chennai - Mahabalipuram
Morning breakfast at hotel.
Drive for Mahabalipuram.
Afternoon visit the famous sea shore temple.
Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 03: Mahabalipuram-Kanchipuram - Mahabalipuram
Morning breakfast at hotel.
Excursion to Kanchipuram - famous for ancient temples and silk works Kanchipuram is also known as "Land of Thousand Temples".

Day 04: Mahabalipuram – Tanjore
Morning breakfast at hotel.
Afternoon proceed to visit Tanjore Big Temple dedicated to Lord Shiva and world's largest Nandhi - a marvelous ancient sculpture.
Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 05: Tanjore - Trichy – Madurai
Morning breakfast at hotel.
Drive for Madurai andenroute visit to  Srirangam Temple and the Rock-Fort at Tiruchirapalli.
Arrive Madurai and check into the hotel.
Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 06: Madurai
Morning breakfast at hotel.
Proceed for morning half day city tour of Madurai including visit to famous Meenakshi Temple and other temples.
Rest of the day at leisure.

Day 07: Madurai – Periyar
Morning breakfast at hotel.
Drive for Periyar.
Afternoon proceed to visit Periyar, a wildlife sanctuary with beautiful lake situated in lush green forest.

Day 08: Periyar – Cochin
Morning breakfast at hotel.
Drive for Cochin - Cochin is one of the biggest harbours of India.
Rest of the day at leisure.
Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 09: Cochin
Morning breakfast at hotel.
Proceed for city tour of Cochin including visit to Jewish Synagogue, Dutch Palace and Chinese fishing nets.

Day 10: Cochin - Ooty
Morning breakfast at hotel.
Drive for Ooty - one of the most popular hill resorts of India.
Rest of the day at leisure.
Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 11: Ooty
Morning breakfast at hotel.
Proceed for city tour of Ooty - The Botanical Garden an ideal tourist spot besides being a source of information about the region's flora. Also visit to the Ooty Lake.
Rest of the day at leisure.
Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 12: Ooty - Mudumalai - Mysore
Morning breakfast at hotel.
Drive for Mysore enroute visit to Madumalai Wildlife Sanctuary.
Later continue drive to Mysore.
Arrive Mysore and check into the hotel.
Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 13: Mysore
Morning breakfast at hotel.
Proceed for city tour of Mysore including visit to Lalita Mahal Palace, Nandi Bull Temple and Brindaban Gardens.

Day 14: Mysore - Hassan
Morning breakfast at hotel.
Drive to Hassan - a convenient base for visits to Belur (38 km) and Halebid (27 Km).
On arrival check-in at hotel.
Afternoon visit the ancient temples Belur and Halebid. Once the capital of Hoysala Kings, Belur is noted for its superb Chennakeshava Temple, a perfect example of Hoysala architecture. Not far from Belur is Halebid, another capital of Hoysala Kings. Its beautiful temples remain as evidence of the artistic genius of Hoysala Sculptors and the aesthetic inclination of their kings.

Day 15: Hassan - Bangalore
Morning breakfast at hotel.
Drive for Bangalore.
Afternoon city tour of Bangalore including visit to Tipu Sultan's Palace, originally built in mud in 1537 and rebuilt by Haider Ali a couple of centuries later; Bull Temple enshrining a massive bull carved out of a single piece of Grey granite; Lalbagh gardens laid out by Haider Ali in the 18th century; Cubbon Park laid out by the British in the 19th century. Vidhan Soudha built in granite incorporates features of traditional Indian architecture.

Day 16: Bangalore
Morning breakfast at hotel.
Transfer to the airport to board flight for onward destination.
